Twenty-Six Years.
Same Question.

How do you make a basketball player more athletic without breaking them? I've asked it about NBA All-Stars and about middle schoolers.

These three are the parts of that answer that are ready, tested, and simple enough to hand to somebody without a degree in this.

  • 26 years coaching
  • Top 10 gym in America, 6×
  • 500+ podcast episodes
  • Thousands of hoopers trained

Better At This, Email Us.

Full refund. No forms, no phone call, nobody trying to talk you out of it. I've offered this my whole career and I'm not about to start hedging now.

Testimonial needed: a coach who ran it with a team, two sentences, naming one thing that changed.

Testimonial needed: an athlete or parent on the $147 version.

06Before you buy

Questions
Worth Asking.

I'm a coach, but I also train myself. Which one?
The coach version. Same twelve weeks, plus the reasoning you'll want the first time a kid asks why, or your weight room doesn't have what the session calls for.
What does the extra $50 buy?
Video breakdowns of each block, written overviews, and the cues I use on the floor. The sessions are identical. If you only need to be told what to do, save the fifty.
Do I need a full weight room?
Barbells, dumbbells and bands for the off-season program. Those are required. If you don't have those, the free library is the better use of your time right now. The course needs nothing.
Is any of this a subscription?
No. One payment, you keep what you bought. There's no membership yet. When there is, it'll be an obvious separate decision, and you'll hear about it before it exists.

Stop Guessing.
Level Up.

Sixty seconds, five questions, and we'll tell you which one.
